So I don't make use of this journal really, but seeing as it's the most appropriate place (Facebook can bloody well off itself if humanity is to be salvaged), I am neither glad nor completely upset to announce that school itself is terminated and I want to focus on what I love--drawing, singing, and writing.  This is it.  As much as I find Calgary to be the epitome of nothingness and boredom, it is necessary for me to move there and join my family, and necessary to get away from the cycle of UBC that is: 'Study, study, stop studying, do art instead, do better in art but fail class.'

Perhaps I lack any real talent in art, but I'm willing to improve, and I'm willing to find out if I could make it if I tried, and stop seeing university as my goal at 20.  So goodbye, Vancouver, I'll be out of your hair in the next month or a little after.  I'll work as hard as I can in Calgary and focus on my art whenever I have the time.
If anything, I will truly miss your bubble tea.

You know that glorious moment when you realize it's December? And your Term 1 exams are done and you're finally free?
Yeah.  I'm going through that right now.  I may sound mello.  But the current noise emanating from me is: AWWWWWWWWWW YEAAAAAAAAAAAA

The best part is, I can finally open my copy of Professor Layton and the Last Specter, which has been sitting on my desk for a WEEK but I swore not to open it until I was finished my exams.  AND TODAY IS THAT DAY.

So before I plunge into a world of puzzles, tedious backtracking, and the new mini-game called "London Life", which I am pleased as hell is in the North American version (Brits, just import it over, it won't cost that much), I will leave all of you who are still suffering under exams with this:
